This 60 minute led class is a fun and light way for anyone just starting to roll out their mat or needing to do a more gentle physical therapy. We’ll guide you through the transitions safely and help you find your way to each posture (asana) as it best suits you. Become comfortable with standing and seated asana thereby gaining confidence to practice at home or join led classes and workshops. As always, feel free to ask questions and make comments during class.
You can expect a friendly and encouraging environment here. We will guide you through the asana in both the primary, second series and the more advanced therapy poses of Ashtanga yoga. Sync up your breath, body & mind and enjoy the flow.
Self Practice sessions are affectionately called Mysore style because it refers to the birthplace of Ashtanga yoga in Mysore, India. Anyone attending this class will have their own posture sequence plan in mind. Our role is to assist you to move deeper into a pose if you’d like and work with you to learn new ones.
This time focuses on just you and your yoga practice. We will custom design a session that best suits your physiotherapy requirements and help you deepen into the benefits of each posture. We can address all of your questions regarding asana, pranayama and meditation. This time is all about you.

Our training extends into this hands on physical therapy for pain relief. When combined with over 20 years of Yoga Therapy training with Manju Jois, RAPID NeuroFascial reset takes addressing your pain to a much more conscious level. Practitioners are coming in with pain and leaving with relief.
